John Savage developed remote manually operated spring loaded knife gate valve for remote gravity drainage of horse drawn carts into beer garden basement storage kegs.

Marketed and installed the first carbon absorption/adsorption gasoline vapor recovery system. Now the standard worldwide.
Supplied and installed the first bottom loading turbine metering system in New York State to obtain type approval to Handbook 44 and Weights and Measures.
Designed and installed first train car single point top loading arm assembly to transfer at 3500 gallons per minute through one top loading rail car connection loading 32 railcars through one connections.
